In the past years he has delivered dozens of large projects such as: building and implementation of employee engagement, communication strategy, new communication tools implementation, communication audits, employee opinion surveys, communication trainings, performance management, change management, etc.
His seminar leader experience includes few hundred days of seminars delivered for leading companies in Poland. He has published for acknowledged journals in Poland and abroad.
He has obtained M.Sc (organizational communication) from Central Connecticut State Univeristy and M.A (sociology) form Wrocław University.
