What is coaching?

Coaching is a process directed on development of skills and competencies. It is achieved through reliable evaluation, oriented practice and feedback from a coach-expert. The aim of coaching is to provide support in achieving improved results in areas determined by the coached person himself. We conduct coaching in regard to managerial and communication competencies.

When we propose coaching?

  • when a manager calls for support in handling difficulties in the area of management and communication,
  • as a 3600 feedback supplement,
  • as a seminar improving managerial competencies supplement.
