What is 360° feedback? 360° feedback is a tool for complex and multidimensional diagnosis of managerial communication competencies. It’s a summary of standardized evaluations from: - a superior,
- co-workers,
- subordinates,
- an evaluated person (self-evaluation).
The data is collected through inquiry forms (traditional – paper, or electronic form). Evaluated managers receive individual reports, indicating their strengths and weaknesses in regard to communication. 3600 feedback is often a starting point for coaching process, during which managers in cooperation with a coach define ways of increasing individual effectiveness. The obtained results are also used as a basis for seminars improving communication skills.
