Communication competencies diagnosis - 360° feedback

What is 360° feedback?

360° feedback is a tool for complex and multidimensional diagnosis of managerial communication competencies. It’s a summary of standardized evaluations from:

  • a superior,
  • co-workers,
  • subordinates,
  • an evaluated person (self-evaluation).

The data is collected through inquiry forms (traditional – paper, or electronic form).

Evaluated managers receive individual reports, indicating their strengths and weaknesses in regard to communication. 3600 feedback is often a starting point for coaching process, during which managers in cooperation with a coach define ways of increasing individual effectiveness. The obtained results are also used as a basis for seminars improving communication skills.

When we propose 360° feedback?

  • when individual communication competencies of managers are very differentiated,
  • when a communication competencies improvement process is planned,
  • when managers need individualized feedback.
