What are knowledge seminars? The aim of those seminars is to deliver practical knowledge from the field of our specialization. The knowledge delivered can be both general or very specific and profiled. In which situations we propose knowledge seminars: - when know-how transfer is required,
- when there is a need to benchmark with other companies,
- when there is a need to deliver important information to a big group of employees in a short period of time,
- when there is a need to strengthen employee beliefs (mostly managers) about certain actions.
