What is action learning workshop?

Action learning workshop serve to elaborate solutions improving an organization functioning. The workshop  structure consists of:

• know-how transfer,
• case studies presentation,
• deepened diagnosis of starting point,
• action plan elaboration.

A workshop leader acts as an expert-consultant, helping the team in elaboration of optimal solutions. Such form of cooperation allows both to elaborate improvement solutions and to prepare the team for implementation process.

When we propose action learning workshops:

• when changes are necessary in an organization,
• when it’s necessary to develop an action plan that’s new for an organization or a team,
• when know-how is missing,
• when an independent moderator is necessary to reach a consensus in case of heavily differentiated opinions (for example in case of defining organization culture values).
