In what consist implementation of new internal communication tools?

As consultants we can not only advise or prepare reports, but we also try to implement new solutions in clients company. Our consultants became then a part of project team and work together on solutions implementation, like for example:

• intranet implementations based on the open source software platforms,
• adding new modulus to intranet (forums, chats),
• introduction system at cascade meetings.

When we propose an implementation of new internal communication tools?

• when diagnosis of internal communication system shows necessity of new solutions implementation,
• when project team have insufficient resources to realize project,
• when implementation require expert know-how.
